Well organised, permanent staff team, who are consequently familiar and knowledgable of regulars' preferences - very professional and courteous. (WiFi can be variable, but there are seats with power sockets for laptops. 4G is OK if seated near windows.)
Great coffee and typical costa quality, the challenge is they seem to be a bit too good :) We came on a Saturday at half four and there were nearly no seats available to sit down.Not their fault I guess as they have been given the space that they can get inside Debenhams. It was quite busy but we didnt wait too long in the queue to be honest.We sat around the corner in the tables that feel like they are tucked away, but with the big mirror and good lighting it doesnt feel like youre closed in. :)
