I found the food fairly expensive, 35 for 4 small meals and drinks. Also food wasn't that great

This place no longer operates in this building, but in now running as a training Cafe run by Pembrokeshire College Students with profits going to Paul Sartori Charity and is open most days except for staff training at the College you will need to ask if it's open before you head up two lots of steps as the lift is out of order

Good drinks, good cakes. Can be tricky to get a seat sometimes.
