Pathetic is the word Be warned If you try to take a property off the mkt with them They will charge you They DO not inform you of this at signing terms and conditions.Plenty of attitude from the staffVery poorly marketed Some bloke called ?? a director I think.Thinks hes very special !!!!.Handed it over to Oft now The ombudsman are there for them and them only Plenty of good agents in Pembrokeshire But I for one will never recommend them to anybody

We bought a house through TCC recently. Our communication was with Colin throughout who was courteous and quick to respond to our queries especially when we needed to communicate with the vendor. Thank you Colin. I would recommend TCC to buyers.
Appalling service. They do not check that the property has been left in a good state after tenants move out. They return the bond regardless. They then don't respond to your concerns.Go to agents that are professional and manage the property properly. Use at your property's risk.
Do not recommend. Do not offer no sale no fee options. Look elsewhere.
