Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of whatever you want for your dog. My dog through excitement of all the lovely smells in there spent quite a large penny on the floor. The poor lad that cleaned it up did so with a grin on his face. Thank you for that :)
Went there to get bird cage. Staff didn't really knew what they have in stock. Website showed cages twice the size as they've had them in a shop for 1/3 of the price. But of course they weren't available. We were told to check Amazon. Also looked for insects for food. They've had few boxes with clearly dying insects, asked if they can give me a discount considering that half of the box was dead. Was told that the prices are set and they can't. What a shame and waste. For a sake of taking a pound off and actually selling life food, they are instructed to leave them to die. I know they are meant to be food for exotic pets, that doesn't mean that they have to die in a plastic box l, one on top of another with no water and just bug grab....
