Had a week in Oembrokeshire and this was the highlight. Had four cynical young adult (11-13) males but all were instantly captivated. Did the full experience (175 6 people, 90 mins)worth every pennySiren, Gizmo, Ozzy all flying free. Loved every second. Hats off to the young knowledgable ladies who run it.
On holiday for a week and visited this amazing place. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about their beautiful owls. My husband arranged this as a birthday treat and what a day to remember! Verity flew 3 owls with us over a one and a half hour private session . She was very informative and so passionate about the birds. We felt privileged to be able to take part in this. Well worth the money. If you go to Pembrokeshire this place should be on top of your to do list!!! Our thanks to you all especially Verity.
My wife and I did the 1.5 hour flying experience. Nothing short of excellent. Amy guided us through flying 3 different birds. Her knowledge and communication were spot on; teaching us about the owls, habitat and prey without being "expert". Her passion and enthusiasm were refreshing and her manner perfect for the role. We had a great time and will be back as soon as we can
A great place to visit, the staff are really friendly and helpful and there are so many species to see. We were able to fly an owl at the end of the day which was a lot of fun, and there were some baby owls to see as well, a nice surprise! I highly recommend that everyone visiting Picton Castle visit the Secret Owl Garden as well.
Brilliant. Friendly and well educated staff, any questions we had were answered. Had a go at flying and feeding one of the owls (burrito). All the aviaries were clean and the birds well looked after. Great day out with the family. 10/10.
