What an absolute joke of store!Completely dissipated with they way I been dealt with or lack of !!I dropped a charger that had broken down over 2 weeks ago it was agreed that the new charger would be sent to my home as I live a far way from the store ,Someone will call me as soon as the charger comes to the store.So a week went by and nothing had come and also no phone call.I called the number on line.. I was on the call roughly 35 mins then finally they had said the charger had arrived to them late and it would be sent to me as soon as possible like the next day ! So here I am again waiting for the charger to come ... another week passed!Today I called up 3 times and got the same response from 3 different advisors on the online number ... No answer at the store so an email has been sent to the know how team to contact me back ... oh and guess what no one has called me back yet again. Im left with no charger and nobody to discuss this with ! You would think the amount of money I spent within the last year with this store they might try to keep me an happy customer!

Great staff, great service and great store! Very happy with my new dyson vacuum cleaner, google home hub and philips smart lighting. Online stock checker with postcode to local store is great too. Also got a 25 currys gift card by upgrading my phone with the carphone warehouse thats in the store too! Great deal on my new phone and much cheaper than the network!
I have spent a fair bit of money with Haverfordwest currys over the years. However last time I went there I recommended a friend to the place where I accompanied him to buy a tv. I know a fair bit about tech. However this didnt matter to the young girl wearing glasses as she was argumentative and seem to have less knowledge regarding tech than myself.Currys, teach your staff if they dont know dont argue.I shall never purchase anything further from currys or recommend the group again.This is likely to have an impact as I know a lot of people and im Known as the tech guy by all my acquaintances I wish your group luck for the future. With staff like that youll need it.
What an easy and helpful experience in this haverfordwest store. The staff was amazing with smiles on their faces. A big thankyou has to go to Phil who dealt with us for a long time. He was very kind and patient and explain all the ins and outs of everything. What a joy to deal with. I have to mention another staff member, but I didn't get his name, he was the tallest in the store, but thankyou to him for the laughs he gave us. Will always go here
