Absolutely disappointing experience. I had to wait over 3 hours for what would have taken 3 minutes as an appointment. On top of that, when it was finally time for me to go in to see the nurse, she admitted to having 'missed me on the screen', which means extra time was wasted for me, waiting there for no good reason. I saw people going in to see the nurse who walked into the clinic an hour and a half after me. Disgraceful. I am never going there again.
Absolutely useless. There are some good genuine doctors but from my personal experience, I wouldn't trust them with my hamster. Misdiagnosis, negligence and complete lack of professionalism from the PM make this a poor surgery.
Poor doctors. Many misdiagnosis and most of them leave after a few months
I was holidaying in wales and my 4month old was very sick. I called the dr surgery and got an appointment. When I turned up they turned my sick 4m old away (even though I had an appointment already) as the place I was staying wasnt in their catchment area. They could have told me when I phoned and I wouldnt have driven 25mins. I was sent away at the time of my appointment with the dr not seeing anyone. As a result I had to find a different practice and thankfully they were amazing and saw my little one who was diagnosed with bronchiolitis. Anyone who knows anything about this knows its incredibly dangerous in kids as they struggle to breathe and end up hospitalised.
Dr Edwards was lovely. A warm and compassionate doctor who was helpful and kind. The surgery was clean and the receptionist was v sweet as I hadn't visited there before, explaining the procedure and where to go as it's quite big. Very impressed!!!! Thank you.
