Shop assistant were very helpful. I couldn't find the size I wanted asked an assistant she went to the stock room but couldn't find the garment. Advised me to look on line.
Marks and Spencer never fail to get u the right product. Sometimes a bit expensive but you pay for what you get. Brilliant sale
We ordered our Christmas things online and collected from this store. They were supper quick and organised. Was a really easy Christmas Eve shop! Top marks.
Very shambolic. Toilets are always disgusting. The upstairs departments are forever being moved around and the children's clothes are a mess. Dust everywhere. They clearly have no cleaning team. Staff are hit and miss. Some excellent and others act like they are doing you a favour by serving you.
No escalator at Christmas! This is poor. Visited store on Sunday, downward escalator not working. Visited store 2days later same escalator still hasn't been repaired. Is it a coincidence that there is no problem with the escalator taking you up to spend your money?
