This place is a lot of fun to work at. Everyone is friendly, staff are treated equally and everyone gets along. Don't listen to Meurig who also wrote a review. There are no public toilets for a good reason. You can't complain about that, as WE have to clean them afterwards. This is a convenience store, not a supermarket. Name badges? Fair enough. But if you were that desperate to complain, which you obviously weren't, you could've left a loose description as there are about 12 staff there total. It is policy to put the wet floor sign out, so there is no way it wasn't out. You're just nitpicking and most likely pretended not to see it. Why am I arguing and not helping? A) I don't work there any moreand B) You've left basically identical reviews on each and every single garage similar to this once
No public toilet to be had in the shop which is disappointing. Staff have no name badges. The reason for name tags mainly because you know who you are speaking to, and if you want to complain about the individual you know their name! Then the garage can rectify the issue. Floor was very slippery that I almost ended up on the floor. The older woman seems a bit rude, she could do with some training. I don't know her name because no name tags!!I find the younger staff have better customer service.
