I couldnt recharge my Nissan Leaf at any public site in Haverfordwest. The multi storey car park units havent worked for 6 weeks despite showing green available lights. The only other units - at the Council car park - are for Council use only (but paid for by me/us!!)PMS let me use their own charger free several times and were really helpful, pleasant and supportive. They moved cars around to give me access. I cant fault them. Thanks PMS.
